Smart Humidifier with PCB Board Assembly Production

A startup home appliance brand aimed to launch a smart humidifier with a custom PCB made by us (for atomization control, LED display, app connectivity). Hongwei first made 20 3D-printed housings to test PCB fit, wire routing, and ventilation slot heat dissipation. Next, we did low-volume production (500 units) with injection-molded ABS housings, using automated PCB assembly to validate market fit and reliability. Custom Two-Color Plastic Housing for VR Remote Controllers
